Description:
The IRF540N is an N-channel Mosfet. This mosfet can drive loads up to 33A and supports peak
current up to 110A. The mosfet has a threshold voltage of 4V, which means it can be easily powered
by low voltages like 5V. Therefore, it is mostly used with Arduino and other logic switching
microcontrollers. Speed control of motors and light dimmers is also possible with this Mosfet
because it has good switching properties
