Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, other items in original packing or sealed cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Also do share the video you made of parcel opening tell product test or product display.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, it depends on our mutual understanding not applicable on all items

Refunds

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping & Delivery

We use third party services for shipping your order, In normal time it take maximum 72 hours ( 3 working days) to reach to your door step but some time order is misrouted may can take some extra time.

Privacy & Security

All buyer and sellers are protected in term of Privacy Policy , buyer information only share with sellers in case to they buy any product from our sellers, buyers shipping details are shared only with the seller.

Prices of products are not final, due to quick inflation prices changes prices can be change even after placing order but we will inform customer before dispatching any order.

Also We may ask full order amount in advance for orders amount less than PKR 1000 or partial amount for confirmation. Also may we ask shipping charges for any amount order or some token money to reconfirm that user need the order.

Please note that if any user we found returned order intentionally we will ask shipping charges or returned order next in future.

Returns & Replacements All electronics components are not eligible for for return or replacement if it is defective, because we test all items before dispatching it. Item can only be return without any use and properly working condition. If customer buy item from Megaeshop.pk he is by default agree with our terms and policies defined in current website. 

Discount Most of Item prices are already discounted, for some products extra discounted is offer for bulk selection, all the bulk selection discounts are subjected to advance payment. If user prefer COD full item will be charged instead of discounted, we will inform customer before fully price charging

Order any item that is on sale on  Megaeshop.pk buyer is fully accepting terms and condition of  Megaeshop.pk , he/she must be fulfill all requirements of respected websites

Return Time

You can return the product within 10 days after you receive it( only applicable on items that is unused no wear-and-tear no damage by any means). Please keep in mind all burned or items that used not to procedure is not qualifying to return policy.*shipping charges will be deducted. Currently all devices that sell at megaeshop are not register at PTA User that buy any device from us are not registered prior with PTA it is requested to all user to register there devices with PTA method define below

Currently PTA let users to register there SIM devices Procedure is very easy and simple
To register your devices user need to fist sing up at pta website. .After login in last step user will enter device imei number at “Individual COC” Section. User need to provide details with the Imei, if you are registering any GSM module prefer to use IMEI but connect to arduino and get IMEI via command instead of labeled. After 30 minutes restart your device your device will now register and work normally. NOTE: All the provided details are for users easiness, may requirements changes in further. Also we not accept return or replacement of GSM/GPRS devices that are used.
