MegaEshop.pk is an online shopping platform operating from Pakistan since 2016. We sell physical products through our website and deliver using third-party courier services.

Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempt to harm the website or its users may result in account suspension or order cancellation.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order means you agree to all policies displayed on MegaEshop.pk at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
Orders may require confirmation via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Pricing & Payments

Product prices are subject to change due to market conditions and inflation.
If a price changes after placing an order, the customer will be informed before dispatch.
We may request:
- Full advance payment for low-value orders
- Partial advance payment or shipping charges for order confirmation
Cash on Delivery (COD) may not be available for all products or locations.

Discounts & Promotions

Most products are already discounted.
Bulk discounts apply only on advance payment on selected products.
If COD is selected, bulk discounts may not apply.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through third-party courier services.
Normal delivery time is up to 3 working days, but delays may occur due to courier or routing issues.
MegaEshop.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

Product Usage & Safety Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for the proper and safe use of all products.
Electronic components, ICs, modules, and similar products must be tested in controlled environments.
MegaEshop.pk is not liable for:
- Personal injury
- Equipment damage
- Property loss due to misuse or improper handling
Used, burnt, or improperly tested items are not eligible for return or replacement.

PTA & Device Registration

Devices sold by MegaEshop.pk are not PTA registered unless clearly stated.
Customers are solely responsible for PTA registration of devices.
Used GSM/GPRS or SIM-based devices are not eligible for return or replacement.
