Return & Refund Policy

At MegaEshop.pk, we aim for customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original condition
    • With complete packaging, accessories, and documents
  • A parcel opening video showing product condition is mandatory for claims.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or worn items
  • Burnt or damaged products
  • Electronic components once used or tested
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or software products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Health, personal care, or intimate items

Return Process

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp (0320-9199444) to request return approval.
  2. After approval, securely pack the item with all accessories.
  3. Ship the product to:

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • For high-value items, we recommend trackable and insured shipping.
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

  • After inspection, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 3–7 working days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Gov tax will also deduct from COD amount.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items.
  • Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Repeated or Fraudulent Returns

  • Customers who intentionally refuse deliveries or abuse the return policy may be required to:
    • Pay shipping charges in advance
    • Be restricted from COD in future orders
